Schedule an Automation Possibility Call
Find out what's possible for your non-profit with automation
This is a 15-30 minute video or phone call where we explore what's possible with automation. If you've been curious how your organization can use automation to spend less time on manual, repetitive admin tasks, this is the call for you!
With an automation possibility call, you get...
- Access to my knowledge of what's possible with automation (lots of things!)
- Ideas about what processes in your organization would benefit most from being automated
- Resources or next steps that I recommend you can look into to help your organization operate more efficiently
This is for you if...
- ...you work with a non-profit or mission-driven organization.
- ...you want to invest in making your organization's admin work easier and less time-consuming so you can build a more sustainable mission.
- ...you aren't sure yet what's possible with automation.
What you get
- Knowledge about what processes in your organization can be automated
- A list of resources I would recommend looking into or next steps I would recommend taking in order to help your non-profit benefit from automation as much as possible
- A recording of everything we say so you can refer back to any details you want later. NOTE: I do not use AI transcription or note-taking, but you're welcome to bring your own AI note-taker if you want.
What it costs
- 15-30 minutes of your time
- Choose a video call or a phone call, whichever you prefer
- To make our time the most productive, answer a few optional questions before we meet
What we'll actually do
A rough approximation, minute-by-minute, of how we'll spend our time in your automation possibility call (assuming the default 30-minute call time):
- 5 minutes - mandatory tech debugging (just kidding, but there if we need it)
- 10 minutes - talk about your existing processes, what's taking most of your time, etc.
- 10 minutes - talk about possible ways to automate those processes, which ones are likely to be more or less costly (both for the initial build and for long-term maintenance), and what automation will involve from your organization
- 5 - reviewing resources and recommended next steps
After the meeting: Get an email with every resource and recommendation we talked about (including a recording of our conversation), so you have everything you need to take the next step towards automating your process.
